- Works full time, on site, to support the financial operations of AMA-PC.
- Manages ongoing banking relationships for maximum efficiency.
- Manages ongoing CPA relationships for timely and accurate tax filings.
- Develops cash flow forecasting and maintains plans to satisfy long term cash needs.
- Coordinates and conducts presentations of the practice's monthly financial statements.
- Develops and monitors annual budgets.
- Reviews existing contracts for compliance.
- Participates in managing the practice's financial information system needs and recommends changes as needed.
- Responsible for shareholder compensation modeling and reporting
- CPA preferred, MBA a plus
- 3 to 5 years health care financial management experience.
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
