We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical assistance to end users in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
This role involves installing configuring troubleshooting and repairing desktop hardware and software within a primarily Windows-based environment.
- Deliver on-site desktop support including installation configuration troubleshooting and repair of devices.
- Support end-users directly through in-person remote assistance.
