    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all sales and quotes on the product and shipping in a timely manner.
    • Once the order has been confirmed, schedule with internal team and schedule the carrier for pick up and loading.
    • Coordinate an efficient daily shipping schedule for drivers.
    • Process orders that must be shipped out by UPS, from packaging and labeling.
    • Communicate with customers on payments and report weekly on collection efforts.
    • Update the inventory in the system once delivery has been received on supplies.
    • Manage the international orders and shipments.
    • Month end closing - Record all inventory adjustments into the system, and report the company cost transfers, any journal entries if needed.
    • Primary receptionist for all of Corporate.
    • Scan, review and process received vendor invoices.
    • Initiate and manage approval workflow to appropriate manager and G/L code all invoices.
    • Resolve contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
    • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
    • Track all capital expenditure expenses & monthly reconciliation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; take ownership of assigned tasks.
    • Ability to take initiative and work with minimum supervision, self-motivated.
    • Proficient Microsoft Office and Excel skills
