    Emory University is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Assistant Director of Programs at the Emory School of Medicine. In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Wellbeing, Resiliency, and Flourishing to support the Emory at Grady community.

    Your responsibilities will include developing materials for the Office of Wellbeing, Resiliency, and Flourishing, tailored to address the specific needs of the community and patient population. You will collaborate with stakeholders, create assessment materials, plan events, and ensure effective communication within the community.

    As the Assistant Program Director, you will also be responsible for overseeing internal committees, conducting research, monitoring budgets, and generating reports to support program objectives.

    We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

    This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to work both in-office and from home. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on program needs.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing programs
    • Represent the organization at various events
    • Provide technical support and training
    • Monitor progress and budget allocation
    • Conduct research and collaborate on initiatives
    • Assist in report generation and documentation
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience
    • Strong program and event planning skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design platforms
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    • Experience in strategic planning and program implementation
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Master's in Public Health or related field
    • Experience with Zoom and Microsoft 360 suite
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information
