- Provide leadership and direction to department employees, delegating tasks and coordinating activities of forklift and spot truck drivers
- Participate in daily activities to meet shipping goals, staging, loading, and unloading trucks
- Schedule and provide on-the-job training for new and existing employees, maintain accurate paperwork
- Act as backup for Shipping Clerk and assist Distribution Supervisor in evaluating warehouse duties
- Communicate effectively with other departments, ensure compliance with food safety policies and regulations
- Perform warehouse inspections, address safety and quality issues, and other assigned duties
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of warehouse distribution experience
- Warehouse supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass skills test for license/certification, computer literate, excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of distribution, warehouse, and transportation disciplines, familiarity with AS400 and RF scanning system
- Knowledge of GMP and safety standards

Shift: Nights – 12 hours shifts
Work Designation: Onsite
Position Summary: Responsible for supervising hourly employees, moving finished products within the facility for shipment using an electric powered industrial truck equipped with forks or clamps. Tasks include pushing, pulling, lifting, and stacking products. Utilize RF scanner for product picking, ensuring inventory rotation and loading onto trucks.
