- Maintains smooth flow of work to appropriate area(s) (Kit Matcher) and where appropriate, routes work directly to appropriate area(s) (Jacket Selectors) on in-bound line.
- High school education and three to twelve months experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers or employees.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

QUALIFICATIONSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands and fingers; and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently must stand and lift/move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally must stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk; hear; and lift/move up to 25 lb. Specific vision requirements include close vision.
