• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Analysis towards Mortgage Servicing Application in Banking domain
• Should be capable of conducting workshops with business users and preparing related questionnaires to understand the requirements
• Should be instrumental to perform gap analysis in the existing application (as-is) to prepare future state Functional/ Business requirements (to-be)
• Have experience with User stories creation and sprint grooming
• Have experience with tracking the development progress against the requirements
• Have experience with API design review and API testing; should have used tools like Swagger and Postman
• Have experience with Test documents review including Test plan, Test strategy in relation to the sprint and release plan
• Should be well verse with building the backlog and backlog refinement to accommodate the functional/ technical requirements
• Have experience with functional testing and reviewing the test reports
• Should be capable of understanding the technical limitations/ issues and articulate the details to Business users
• Excellent communication
• Very good in collaboration with Program management, Development and Testing Team
• Should be well verse in Agile Scrum ceremonies and processes
• Have project experience with Web (ReactJs and Angular) and backend (Java) development
