- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries.
- Resolve internal and external discrepancies by making reclassification or adjusting journal entries.
- Manage monthly deposits and review and approve check runs.
- Complete monthly bank account reconciliations.
- Assist the Controller with inventory management and reporting.
- Assist other members of the Accounting and Finance Team on an as needed basis.
- Prepare monthly budget to actual reports with accompanying analysis.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for three operating companies and the parent company.
- Partner with the CFO and Controller on annual budget and quarterly estimate preparation.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- AR/AP experience
- 1-2years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
