    Summary:

    Under the direction of theDirector, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a critical member of our global finance team. You will own performance reporting related to regional forecasts as well as support Corporate FP&A activities. You will also collaborate with global counterparts on revenue, expense, and cash related budgets and forecasts.

    Responsibilities
    • Ensure reporting accuracy by reconciling data with source and SEC reporting
    • Establish and enhance trend analysis for revenue and G&A across global footprint
    • Develop data-driven improvements and align key metric reporting
    • Validate forecasted assumptions driving each fund-related forecast
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business drivers and provide analysis to support decision-making
    • Master cash dividend model requirements to properly set regional targets
    • Identify and implement process improvements
    • Attend global meetings outside of traditional business hours, as requested
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting and process requests
    Skills & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field required
    • Minimum four (4) years' FP&A experience at a global organization; fund-related experience preferred
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Demonstrated excellence in managing relationships with global stakeholders across diverse regions with repeated success in achieving consensus and influence decisions
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and continuously developing environment
    • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, communication and collaboration in a team environment
    • Self-starter with superior analytical skills; a problem solver with an astute attention to detail
    • Possesses good judgment, honesty, and utmost integrity

    Actual compensation offered will be finalized at offer and may be above the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer represents the components of our total package.
