- Bachelor's degree required in Medical Technologist or Clinical Lab Scientist
- ASCP or comparable National certification required or must be eligible within six months.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required upon hire.
- One year experience in a clinical laboratory as a technologist, hospital environment needed.
- For the third shift, at least three years of experience is preferred.
- This job requires you to possess critical thinking skills,
- Make decisive judgments.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Maintain an appropriate manner and conduct.
- Perform keyboard skills, invasive procedures, etc.,
- Hand-eye coordination.
- You must be able to concentrate on fine details despite constant interruptions.
- It is essential to attend to a task for more than 60 minutes and maintain focus even when relating to specific ideas multiple times.
- You must have the ability to recall tasks/assignments at the beginning of a period extending several days.
