Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for older adults in a long-term care environment.
The ideal candidate will manage the nursing care of 20 residents, collaborating with a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure patient well-being and adherence to care plans.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care and conduct assessments.
Document patient information and implement nursing plans of care.
Oversee and mentor LPN and CNA colleagues.
Administer medications as required.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
NYS
RN License (New York State only).
Two (2) years of experience in a long-term care setting.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA only).
