    Key Responsibilities:


    Job sites include commercial construction projects of various sizesUnder the general supervision of a designated supervisor, install, maintain, and repair heating, plumbing and gas piping systems.

    Repair, install, and maintain plumbing, hydronic piping, and gas pipingAssemble and install piping, valves, and fitting.


    Minimum Skills/Requirements:


    5-10 years of experience with commercial mechanical projectsStrong communication skillsKnowledge of commercial HVAC systems Ability to read, understand and work from drawings, specifications and schematicsUnderstands written and verbal instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAttendance, reliability, dependability and flexibilityAbility to interact with multiple personality types while ensuring a positive outcomeKnowledge of appropriate tools and equipment to install piping and plumbing systems.

    Knowledge of welding, brazing, threading and other plumbing and piping techniques.
    Maintain and service the tools and equipment necessary to install plumbing and piping systems.
    Sufficient knowledge of pipe hanging and support installations.
    Have sufficient knowledge of safe working practices and maintain and support company safety programs and attend company safety training.
