    Job Description for Sales Manager at Heizing

     

    About This Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive the sales growth of our robotics, autonomous vehicles, and industrial automation products in the North American market. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to this market.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy Development & Execution: Develop a sales strategy that identifies key target customers, market segments, and sales channels in the North American market.
    • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    • Sales Performance: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including technical specifications, competitive advantages, and application scenarios.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.

     

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the robotics, automation, or automotive industry.
    • Technical Acumen: Strong technical aptitude and understanding of robotics, automation technologies, and their applications in industrial settings.
    • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets, negotiating complex deals, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
    • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Market Awareness: Deep understanding of the North American market.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, international environment.
