    SUMMARY: The Director National Accounts position is responsible for RFP/RFI responses and implementing closed won national accounts across all lines of business at Lexitas. Key duties include creating structure post-sale to ensure proper operational and sales execution on the deal and adequate communication with outside and staff counsel. This position works in collaboration with the Operations Executives, Marketing Team and Account Executives. The Director National Accounts must deliver quarterly/monthly metrics; and excellent customer satisfaction for the organization.

    Essential Functions:

    • Serve as the single-point of contact for all formal RFP/RFIs at the company coordinating responses in a timely fashion and working across all Lexitas functions (HR, IT, etc.) to gather response information.
    • Review and prepare a summary of the closed contracts for Operations, Records, Reporting, Sales, Marketing and Accounts Receivable.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to announce the award internally.
    • Work with Operations Executives who operate systems required by the contracts.
    • Set-up billing profiles, billing standards, main point of contact for divisional operations, and any other preference required by the contract.
    • Work alongside the Account Executives to obtain award letters.
    • Obtain information from the insurer and researcher to prepare a list of firms operating under the contract.
    • Prepare communication and implementation plan to notify firms of our award.
    • Manage team members and communicate with Operations and Sales Executives of the status of onboarding firms.
    • Maintain relationship with insurer/corporate accounts.
    • Deliver monthly billing through portals, adjusters, etc.
    • Set up quarterly, bi-annual or annual visitation schedule for each contract.
    • Prepare annual employee reviews.
    • Schedule regular recurring meetings to go over assigned accounts.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
    • Safeguards confidentiality of the medical records and complies with all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to medical records. Assures with all HIPAA regulations concerning use, retrieval, storage and sharing of medical records.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or similar field required.
    • 10 or more years of advanced experience in at least a Senior/Experienced Staff role.
    • Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred.
    • Proven experience designing, building, and managing discrete and/or end-to-end processes.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Director National Accounts will oversee the Client Engagement and National Account Specialists. May also assign duties and delegate task to the Specialists as required based on workload and incoming e-mails.

    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.
