- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years experience in quality engineering or related roles.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management or Quality Engineering Principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Quality certifications a plus: ASQ, CQE, CQM.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment in identifying organization improvement.
- Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams as a change agent, facilitator, coach and mentor.

What is this role?
As a Manager, Quality Engineering for Cirkul, you will be hands-on providing leadership and direction to the Quality Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will enjoy interfacing with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Key Suppliers to solve complex technical challenges.
