- Maintain a strong visibility in the dining room and bar to ensure all guests receive outstanding service.
- Oversee the learning and development opportunities for hourly team members.
- Organize effective scheduling for front of house staff.
- Participate in team development by hiring and interviewing to meet staffing goals.
- Manage bar inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Conduct bi-weekly inventory checks of wine, liquor, and beer with your team.
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure operational effectiveness.
