    Position Overview:
    The Front of House Manager is a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our vibrant restaurant environment. With minimal supervision, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, leading a dynamic team, managing scheduling, and maintaining clear communication with the General Manager. Your primary goal will be to create extraordinary experiences through top-notch hospitality, which includes food quality, guest relations, and impeccable service standards.

    What We Expect of You:

    • Actively engage with both team members and guests to enhance the dining experience.
    • Maintain a strong visibility in the dining room and bar to ensure all guests receive outstanding service.
    • Oversee the learning and development opportunities for hourly team members.
    • Organize effective scheduling for front of house staff.
    • Participate in team development by hiring and interviewing to meet staffing goals.
    • Manage bar inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
    • Conduct bi-weekly inventory checks of wine, liquor, and beer with your team.
    • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure operational effectiveness.

    • At least 2 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant experience.
