Job Title: Mechanical Service Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Mechanical Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the commercial mechanical construction industry. This role focuses on providing administrative and coordination support for our service department, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative roles within a fast-paced environment, showcasing exceptional organizational and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage all administrative tasks for the service department.
• Support contract management, including preparation of quotes, maintaining customer contact information, and ensuring the smooth progression of workflow agreements.
• Accurately create and manage customer records in the company's database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
• Coordinate schedules for incoming service requests, including customer confirmations and logistics planning for projects across different locations.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining reports for billing, managing both union and non-union timesheets, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
• Update and maintain the weekly manpower schedule, collaborating with project leaders to align resources with project needs.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting, with a preference for backgrounds in the service or construction industry.
• Local and stable work history.
