    We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced leader to join our team as Molding Production Manager. In this position, you will manage all personnel related to the production process & implement strategies to improve productivity levels. The ideal candidate has a passion for leadership, improving processes, solving puzzles, and enjoys simplifying ambiguous situations.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage technical team of process technicians & mold setters across 3 shifts
    • Manage supervisors and team leads across 3 shifts
    • Drive production to meet customer requirements and internal KPI's
    • Tracking of production metrics
    • Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
    • Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
    • Estimate costs
    • Enforce safe work environment

    Requirements, skills, and preferred background

    • Proven work experience as a manager in similar role
    • Prefer a background in injection molding, other manufacturing, or operations
    • Proficient in MS Office and ERP Software
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
    • Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
    • Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
    • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
    • At least associates college degree or equivalent preferred
