- Manage technical team of process technicians & mold setters across 3 shifts
- Manage supervisors and team leads across 3 shifts
- Drive production to meet customer requirements and internal KPI's
- Tracking of production metrics
- Observing, reviewing and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made
- Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
- Estimate costs
- Enforce safe work environment
- Proven work experience as a manager in similar role
- Prefer a background in injection molding, other manufacturing, or operations
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP Software
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Able to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- At least associates college degree or equivalent preferred
