    Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION:
    Bradley Beck - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email and text.
    • Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
    • Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
    • Meet established marketing activities goals.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks each and every day.

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
    • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
