Support Staff: 1 Medical Assistant Several Registered Nurses (RNs)

Pharmacy support for educational starts for chemotherapy Additional Facilities:
Co-located with radiation oncology

Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and

Oncology License:
Must have an active state license in

New Mexico Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) required Experience: Fellowship preferred, but not mandatory Facility and
