We are seeking a candidate who works well by themselves and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential The pay is $18 per hour.

As an NFC Amenity Doorperson, you get to work at some of the most exclusive addresses in the area, where you are the first person residents (and their guests) interact with when they come home.
Ultimately, your priority is to make our residents feel at home simply by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.
Here are just a few other responsibilities you will have throughout your day:

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, etc., as they enter and exit the building
• Open the door for residents, guests, vendors, etc. as they enter and exit the building.
• Assist residents with groceries, packages, luggage, and other items as they enter the building, including assistance to their units.
• Assist residents with securing taxis and/or other transportation from the front door
• Versed in basic knowledge of concierge duties for desk coverage when the concierge steps away.
• Assist at the loading dock with move-ins/outs
• Walk the amenity space and make sure all areas are clean and secure
