- Greet residents, guests, vendors, etc., as they enter and exit the building
- Open the door for residents, guests, vendors, etc. as they enter and exit the building.
- Assist residents with groceries, packages, luggage, and other items as they enter the building, including assistance to their units.
- Assist residents with securing taxis and/or other transportation from the front door
- Versed in basic knowledge of concierge duties for desk coverage when the concierge steps away.
- Assist at the loading dock with move-ins/outs
- Walk the amenity space and make sure all areas are clean and secure
