    Inside Sales Rep (on-site)

    Leading wholesale brick distributor who specializes in Architectural Brick Sales is looking for someone who likes a variety in their workday.

    We are looking for a full-time outgoing and active team player who is organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task.

    The ideal candidate would have experience of working in the construction industry with previous experience in sales and customer service. Architectural based sales are preferred, but not necessary. Experience with bidding, quotations, construction timelines, product data submittals, and sampling.

    Successful applicant must be proactive in the management and development of professional relationships with Contractors by promptly following up.

    Position will also assist the outside sales representatives and customer service in various daily tasks.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    Previous experience in the construction or building materials industry.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.

    Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

    A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.

    Knowledge of architectural brick products is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.

    Compensation Package will be based upon experience with a competitive salary along with a rewarding commission program. We offer Health Insurance, Dental, 401k and PTO.
