Job summary
This role will provide technical and application support for healthcare client demonstrating competent IT literacy ability to support technology applications functional areas person in this role is responsible ongoing support at level . Role willsupport Nuvolo-ServiceNow integration requires technical resource with Nuvolo application management administration expertise , understands flow information through financial business clinical infrastructure applications responsible documenting researching troubleshooting reported issues requests fosters business-oriented culture mindset driven continual service improvement techniques identifies acts opportunities continuous improvement understanding critical business process supporting Applications triage requests or issues ensure our service level agreements SLA are achieved perform other duties assigned develops maintains staff administrative support personnel fulfill requirements Information Systems Department plan assigns reviews work subordinates directs preparation departmental budgets conjunction other departmental managers coordinates activities various segments department assure timely economical completion projects directs preparation cost estimates current proposed projects reflecting cost equipment man machine hours required establishes reviews controls documentation standards including development control forms directs collection analysis data reports concerning departmental operations methods personnel utilization space equipment participate special projects needed perform other duties assigned must able work independently part fast-moving team
