    In this role, as a Customer Experience Product Owner, you will be an innovation leader responsible to develop, manage, and lead products and programs that support corporate defined strategies and initiatives that create outstanding customer experiences, foster promoters and loyalty, differentiating Honda in the marketplace.

    At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities. A typical day as the Customer Experience Product Owner will include:

    Develop, and deliver innovative and transformative business initiatives benefiting customers, dealers, and associates. Analyze needs, propose solutions and related success measurements, and gain approval.

    Lead an agile working team to design and deliver a digital product serving customers, dealers, and other stakeholders. Lead journey mapping, user story documentation, design & development approvals, and testing. Maintain a two-week Sprint cycle including all related reporting and demos.

    Manage associates and partners from IT and vendors in a collaborative, rapid delivery model to deliver innovative products and experiences which may cover any stage of our customers journey from product consideration, shopping/buying and throughout ownership.

    Manage Organization Change Management and communication plans across internal Business Units and externally (field sales staff, dealers, customers, business partners).

    **Qualifications**

    We are looking for qualified people with diverse backgrounds and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic. To bring the future to Honda as a Customer Experience Product Owner, you must have:

    5+ years in Project Management & Agile Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, auto experience (required)

    Ability to lead multiple complex teams comprised of internal business and IT personnel, vendors and technical partners, system integrators, (with remote participants, on-shore and off-shore) Proven success in the development and delivery of strategic initiatives covering people, processes, tools, and organization

    Salesforce consumer-cloud experience a plus

    Ability to forecast and manage product/project budget (time, money, resources)

    Exceptional communication and facilitation skills

    BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management or related work experience
