    Job DescriptionPenskey LLC is a new trucking company based in Jasper AL. We are seeking a OTR CDL Truck Driver to join our new team and grow with us as we strive to become a top logistics/transportation company in the area.

    Qualifications:
    • Commercial driver's license with A endorsement (CDL-A).
    • At least 21 years of age.
    • Home time and pay may vary on experience and haul routes.
    • At least 1 year of commercial driving experience is required.
    • Acceptable drivers record.
    • Able to perform the essential functions of the job (with or without reasonable accommodations) such as securing loads and tarping.
    • Meet all DOT qualifications.
    • Pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen and pass a DOT physical when necessary.
    • Acceptable references from past employers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
    • Properly secure and tarp loads (when needed) for safe transport of cargo
    • Properly track and document activity log (or run paper logs when ELD is not used)
    • Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
    • Inspect truck before and after trip
