    Job Description

    The early-in-career FP&A Analyst I, located onsite at our Delta, OH facility , will play a key role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities, primarily focusing on profitability analysis and demand planning functions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive strategic decision-making. The FP&A Analyst will conduct profitability analysis, develop financial models, and lead demand planning initiatives to optimize inventory management and support business growth objectives.

    Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Perform profitability analysis to assess the financial performance of various business segments, commodities, and vendor accounts.
  • Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to gather market intelligence and insights to support demand planning activities, including forecasting customer demand, setting inventory targets, and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations to senior leadership to communicate critical financial insights, performance metrics, and recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and reporting.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects to support business initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, demand planning, or related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
