    We are looking for a Head of Incentive Compensation who is a collaborative leader, with strong analytical skills, to join us in our I2I Go-to-Market US team, based in our Atlanta, GA office HQ.

    About the role

    The Head of Incentive Compensation will be responsible for the administration, analysis, reporting, change management, and governance of multiple Incentive Compensation programs.This includes the management of the plans, management of the vendor who provides the execution of the plans, contests, plan modelling and performance analysis, development and implementation of processes and tools, and communication with the appropriate stakeholders.

    What you'll do
    • Responsible to work with internal teams and vendor partners to develop and design IC Plan, modelling, implementation, IC performance report delivery, contest administration, business rule process, validation and communication
    • Be a quality control champion and data validation expert for all deliverables andtasks for the sales team
    • Be the liaison for IC Data inputs for external partners and internal partners like data warehouse, reporting and call planning teams
    • Provide analytical insights into the plan execution using multiple data sources
    • Provide insight into best practices and business rules across multiple brands and ensure alignment with UCB IC guiding principles
    • Provide ad hoc information requests to address business questions and participate in larger scale sales force effectiveness projects
    Incentive Compensation:
    • End-to-end administration and management (goal setting, plan design and rollout, approval process management, incentive payout calculations, plan effectiveness - analysis and reporting) of field incentive program across all applicable Incentive programs.
    • Analyze and validate sales incentive compensation payout calculations for multiple sales team in a timely manner, while maintaining data integrity
    • Provide quarterly insights on IC Designs and execution
    • Responsible for quality checks for reporting and data validation for payouts and contest
    • Respond to all bonus payout inquires in a timely manner
    • Maintain assignment log for bonus exceptions which includes New Hires, LOAs, separations, trainers, and manual adjustments
    • Support sales management to develop year end award criteria and contest on the regular basis
    • Responsible to work with the master data management team to ensure data integrity, data validation and resolve incentive compensation data issues
    • Supports the Head of Ecosystem Operations for development and management of the sales incentive compensation process, development of the sales incentive compensation plans and educate
    • Provide ad hoc information requests to address business questions and participate in larger scale sales force effectiveness projects
    Operation and other analytics:
    • Supports the Ecosystem operations department with Ad Hoc projects and analysis
    • Work with the Master Data Steward and other operations team to support required interface between sales incentive compensation, Veeva (CRM) and reporting
    I nterested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience in Sales Operations or Sales Incentives
    • Degree in finance, business, or engineering or any of relevant discipline such as Business technology, Information management, Business analytics, Operations management, or MBA
    • 10+ years of general business experience
    • Advanced MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions, and data; to comprehend qualitative and quantitative methods to perform accurate analysis
    • Proven experience in being comfortable with engaging in strategic discussions around business decisions related to IC with leadership and in making leadership presentations
    Preferred
    • 3+ years of progressively responsible professional-level work experience in the incentive compensation field will be preferred
    • Pharmaceutical or medical device experience preferred
    • Experience with data modelling and advanced analytics will be preferred
