    Job DescriptionResponsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production personnel to meet production targets and deadlinesImplement and enforce lean manufacturing principles to optimize production processes and minimize wasteUtilize ERP software to track and manage production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillmentEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 certification requirements and maintain necessary documentationAnalyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process enhancementsTrain and develop production staff to enhance their skills and knowledgeMaintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulationsQualifications Proficient in using ERP software for production planning and schedulingStrong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing themPrior experience with ISO 9001 certification and maintaining related documentationProven ability to effectively schedule production activities to meet customer demandsExcellent analytical skills for high-level operations analysis and problem-solvingStrong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate production personnelAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
