    Performs routine cleaning and care of the Pecan Grove Gymnasium facilities including maintenance of fixtures and furnishings. Participates in planning of programs, policies or objectives for own work group and department.

    Responsibilities:
    • Mops, cleans and disinfects restroom facilities within Pecan Grove Gymnasium, including walls, floors, doors and fixtures.
    • Removes trash from waste containers and replaces liners in containers.
    • Restocks supplies in restrooms.
    • Cleans windows and glass surfaces.
    • Sweeps, strips, and waxes floors.
    • Dusts exposed areas on office furnishings and fixtures.
    • Vacuums, cleans and maintains floor coverings and upholstered furniture.
    • Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED.
    • 6 months job related experience.
    • Knowledgeable in cleaning process.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to complete tasks in assigned time.

    SALARY RANGE: $15.00-$17.53/ per hour

    CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
