    Responsibilities:

    • Collaboration with uMETHOD Reference Lab Partners working closely to align strategies, share insights, maximize synergies, and bring our solutions to our lab partner's customers
    • Educating and growing utilization in call points such as Primary Care, Neurology, Functional Medicine, and occasionally C-Suite executives
    • Maintain consistent communication to ensure that behaviors and processes align with their office workflow and uMETHOD necessities for
    • Client Relationship Management through cultivating strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Tailor processes to meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
    • Being diligent,persistent, and patient recognizing that sales cycles may not always turn into quick clients, but each completed step in the process is a small win to building an advocate not just a client.
    • Managing the activities of an earned Business Development Associate who will help assit you in fulfilling process needs
    • Develop strategies to position RestoreU effectively.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, that you will help construct for your territory
    • Ensure targets are met and exceeded.

    Qualifications:

    • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required.
    • Minimum of 3 years in the sales industry.
    • Large territory management experience is essential.
    • Territory Coverage: South Texas Region, including Houston, San Antonio, and north through Austin.
    • Must reside in: Houston, San Antonio, or Austin area.
    • Travel: Ability to travel (approximately 20% to 30% overnight).
    • Skills and Traits: Well-organized, process-oriented, & ability to use Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and CRM effectively day to day
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Technical proficiency to teach others about scientific and medical data.
    • Collaborative team player with an attitude of "even broken crayons can still color" when adversity hits
    • Willingness to operate outside the standard job description when needed.
    • One Call Closers WILL NOT excel in this position. Relationship-building, persistence, and trust is how we succeed.
