    2) Cyber Security Technical Specialist Each position serves under a major IT support contract for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 1) CYBER SECURITY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST NO THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES, PLEASE

    TS Clearance Required, with TS/SCI Preferred QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in directly related field; Relevant work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum Top Secret Clearance with TS/SCI Preferred
    • Possess DOD M certifications meeting the requirements for IAM Level II: CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP, GSLC, or HCISSP
    • Minimum 8 years of technical experience with 5 years focused on Cyber Security
    • RMF, Assessment and Authorization (A&A) experience
    • Incident Response experience in a 24/7 environment
    Strong familiarity, understanding, and experience with cyber security policy, specifically NIST protocols RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Perform cybersecurity assessments and inspections
    • Provide incident response
    • Create/ update/ implement cybersecurity-relevant policies and procedures
    • Develop and interpret cybersecurity plans, policies,
    and procedures (in areas to include but not limited to configuration management, contingency /
    disaster preparation, incident response, account management, access control, media control, etc. 2) CYBER SECURITY TECHNICAL SPECIALIST NO THIRD PARTY CANDIDATES, PLEASE
    Minimum Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance QUALIFICATIONS:


    • Bachelor's Degree in directly related field; Relevant work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree
    • Must possess DOD M certifications meeting the requirements for IAT Level II or IAM Level I. For example, Security + CE or above cyber security certification.
    • Hands on Experience with cyber security tools such as cybersecurity/IT tools such as ACAS, HBSS/ESS, eMASS
    • Assessment experience for networks, applications, and/or systems

    STIG experience RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Use cybersecurity/IT tools such as ACAS, HBSS/ESS, eMASS, etc. in order to perform tasks such as security scanning
    • Provide security related technical guidance
    • Harden devices
    • Evaluate technical risks
    • Understand how changes in system configuration and/or network architecture affect a system's security posture and risk profile
    • Technical assessment of IT security controls and devices for networks, applications and systems
    • Apply/implement DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
    • Evaluate technical risks
    associated with applying configuration changes to systems/network architectures and re-evaluation of security postures and risk profiles at the network environment level.
