    The nurse manager practices in the framework of the mission, vision and values of ECU Health and maintains 24-hour accountability for unit operations.

    The nurse manager is the front line leader who partners with physicians and manages staff and resources to promote safe, timely, efficient, effective and patient focused unit operations.

    Bachelor's Degree or higher

    Licensure/Registration/Certification:
    License as a Registered Nurse, must maintain licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
