Job description
OverviewWe are looking for an experienced development agency or senior full-stack team to build an MVP (Phase 1) of a web-based SMS platform
The core is:
- Inbound data ingestion via API (flexible JSON payloads)
- Routing based on campaign/country/call-center opening hours
- Outbound SMS sending via 75network using an HTTP gateway ) with queue/worker processing
Deliver a production-ready MVP including:
- Web app + backend service(s)
- User login with roles (Admin / Manager / Operator)
- Inbound
API:
sources push JSON via POST; payload stored (raw JSON), assigned to source/campaign; visible in UI with filters/search; configurable visible fields per source
- Outbound
SMS:
manual sending + template engine (placeholders) + live 160-char counter
Routing:
call-center mapping + opening hours; if closed, queue messages until allowed
Promo number mapping:
(Source + Call Center) → promo number inserted into SMS
- Bulk
SMS:
CSV upload + column mapping + background sending at a defined rate
- Basic logs/monitoring + audit/status tracking
Key Technical Requirements
- Clean REST API design
- Database (e.g., PostgreSQL)
- Queue/worker processing (e.g., Redis/RabbitMQ)
- Responsive UI (React/Next or your proposal) with lists, filters, and detail panels
Deployment:
Docker preferred (or clear deployment instructions)
Important:
Flexible inbound schema (no fixed fields)
Inbound payloads vary by source/campaign.
The system must store full raw JSON and allow configuration per source/campaign for which fields are displayed as UI columns and filters.

- DB schema proposal (InboundRecord, OutboundMessage, Template, CallCenter, PromoNumberMapping, RecipientList, Users/Roles)
- API endpoint list + basic contracts (Inbound, Outbound, Config)
- Authentication + RBAC
- Inbound
- Routing/policy logic (opening hours gating)
- Template rendering (placeholders like promo_number, code, custom.*)
- Outbound
- Bulk
3) Frontend
- Login
- Dashboard (basic KPIs)
- Inbound
- Outbox (status list + detail panel)
- Compose SMS (template picker + live char counter)
Admin/config screens:
Call Centers, Promo Numbers, Templates, Campaigns, Users
4) QA & Go-Live
- Basic test coverage
- Logging/monitoring + health checks
- Deployment documentation / handover
Outcome:
A working MVP where sources can push inbound records, operators can review/search them, and send outbound SMS (manual + bulk) via 75network with correct routing and status tracking.
