The Asset Manager, Seed Treatment, is accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle management for assigned active ingredients within the Seed Treatment portfolio.Responsibilities
- Development of long-range strategy, product positioning, portfolio management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ownership of the product development pipeline to support future category growth.
- Partnership with Segment Manager(s) to set product-level strategic direction and to support the development of annual brand plans and strategies.
