    Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

    Duration: 5+ months

    Location: Chicago, IL (In-person)

    Shift Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm

    Responsibilities:
    • Support a robust sales team in an administrative capacity.
    • Manage databases and post listings.
    • Prepare marketing materials including tour books, e-blasts, and flyers.
    • Coordinate team meetings and events.
    • Update and maintain various information databases.


    Requirements:
    • Associate degree or equivalent required.
    • 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple teams or professionals.
    • 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
    • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and web publishing.
