    Family Practice physician employment in Pennsylvania : The Inline Group -
    • Full Time
    • Hours:Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; 6 hours clinical, 2 hours charting, 1-hour lunch; Option to work 10 am - 7 pm; 4 day work weeks available
    • Employed
    • New Graduates
    • Average Patients seen: 16-18
    • Call Schedule: Rotated Phone Only; About 1 weekend every 3 months
    • Loan Repayment
    • Sign-On Bonus: $20000
    • Compensation: $220,000
    • Benefits: - $5,000 relocation assistance- $20,000 sign-on bonus- NHSC loan repayment- Low cost medical, dental, and vision- Retirement: Edward Jones Simple IRA- 1:1 match up to 3%- Physicians accrue 160 hours of PTO- 9 paid holidays, if Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve fall on a weekday clinics close at noonCoverage Paid by Employer- Short-term Disability - 7 Day elimination period, 60% of pay, 12 Week period- Life Insurance/Accidental Death and Dismemberment - $25,000 per employee
    • Additional Info: - The growth of our patient population has created the need for an additional family physician to join our team.- The physician will provide quality medical care using a team-based approach in the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).- Join a team of 2 physicians, 2 dentists, 5 nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant.- Phone-only call allows you to choose the community that suits your needs. - Provide patient-centered care that promotes engagement between you and the patient, leading to positive health care outcomes.- Work alongside a collaborative, supportive team from administration to other providers.EMR: eClinicalWorksQualifications: - Pennsylvania License- CPR/AED Certification - Current DEA registration
