- 3rd Shift: 11 pm - 7 am
- This is an onsite role, you must be local to the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.
- 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience (levels 1 & 2)
- strong understanding of Microsoft O365 technical experience
- documenting processes and procedures
- 3 Infrastructure employees assist with IT Help Desk functions currently, during business hours only.
- This role will assist in back-log of existing tickets and work 3rd shift to assist our European offices.
- Dress code is business casual. Candidates will take a culture assessment test with HR. Big emphasis internally on hiring good cultural fits first.
- 3rd shift: 11pm-7am Monday to Friday
