    6-month contract to hire role Awesome company, great culture, local to Minneapolis

    • 3rd Shift: 11 pm - 7 am
    • This is an onsite role, you must be local to the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area.

    Top 3 must haves (Skills/Technology/Experience):

    1. 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience (levels 1 & 2)
    2. strong understanding of Microsoft O365 technical experience
    3. documenting processes and procedures

    What is the team size, culture, soft skills, dress code?

    • 3 Infrastructure employees assist with IT Help Desk functions currently, during business hours only.
    • This role will assist in back-log of existing tickets and work 3rd shift to assist our European offices.
    • Dress code is business casual. Candidates will take a culture assessment test with HR. Big emphasis internally on hiring good cultural fits first.
    • 3rd shift: 11pm-7am Monday to Friday
