Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop an expert level understanding of coreproduct offerings and analytics technology.
• Deliver defined work in the HCS ProductAnalytics backlog on time and with high quality.
• Define, track, report out, and explainmetrics representing the value of the product.
• Lead strategic analytics projects toon-time, on-budget delivery.
• Become a key partner with Product,Technology and Analytics teams to drive key objectives.
• Develop ROI projections for analyticsprojects to prioritize analytics deliverables by impact to the business.
• Communicate progress, barriers, priorityand budget regularly with SI leadership.
• Communicate and Coordinate regularly withanalytics resources to execute SIs strategic priorities.
• Other responsibilities as required toensure company success.

• 2+ years relevant experience.
• A/B Testing
• Strong SQL,Python, or R skills, abilityto perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.Experience with SQL
• Power BI visualization experience stronglypreferred.
• Examine, interpret and report results ofanalytical initiatives to stakeholders.
• Build, develop and maintain health datamodels, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support thatsupport key business decisions.
• Experience and knowledge of statisticalmodeling techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communicationskills; ability to present complex information in an understandable andcompelling manner
