Required Design Skills
Able to create client proofs, original designs and visual materials
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Able to prepare and preflight files for production
Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office
Able to convert basic design ideas into precisely documented proofs

Required Personal Skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Honest, reliable and timely
Able to work in fast paced environment, where multi-tasking skills are critical
Willingness to actively collaborate, take direction, communicate with project managers and production team
Creative outside the box thinking, eager to learn
Team player, but must also be self-motivated and work independently at times

Desired Additional Skills
Technical design experience or willingness to learn and be consistently proficient
Experience designing vehicle wraps, monuments, wayfinding signage, ADA packages, tradeshow displays, etc.
3D design software (Aspire, Sketchup, Fusion 360)
Sign manufacturing knowledge including materials and processes
Familiarity with wide format printing HP, RIP software (Onyx/Versaworks)
