Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays
Support budget tracking and resource allocation processes
Communicate updates and project milestones to relevant stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and efficiency
