    CACI is seeking a Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to join the PONYTAIL EXPRESS (MAJESTIC MUSTANG) management team for one of CACIs large programs, in Annapolis Junction, Maryland This is a unique opportunity for a driven Deputy Program Manager with experience supporting a Program Manager in managing a recently awarded, large, and complex five-year Cost-Plus Award Fee contract supporting national security. As a Deputy Program Manager, you are an integral part of the Program Management Office for an enterprise-wide program delivering multi-disciplinary teams that produce superior results for our customers missions. You build trusted relationships with our customers and our employees to continue our organizations and clients successes.

    The successful candidate will assist and lead the performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract, resulting in successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract. The Deputy Program Manager assesses and mitigates performance risk to achieve results. This role not only delivers excellent customer services today but is also part of building the solutions for our future business growth

    The Deputy Program Manager will share in the responsibilities of the PM and serve as a point of contact in the absence of the PM. The DPM supports and assists our PM, ensuring the day-to-day operations of all TTOs, teammate engagement, staffing, performance, and execution. The DPM handles day-to-day mission operations management, so that the PM can focus on customer relationship management, to include the following:

    + Provide oversight for a 300+ FTE multi-disciplined language analyst CPAF contract spanning 10 geographic locations

    + Assist in providing oversight and direction for the day-to-day PMO support of contract, subcontract, finance, security, and staffing initiatives that drive program success

    + Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders including government contract managers and technical mission representatives

    + Monitors program performance, risks, and cost control measures for task orders associated with 180+ Maryland team members

    + Coordinate the preparation and review for all program deliverables including program status reviews and CDRLs, ensuring timely submission to government customer

    + Communicate program updates and provide guidance and direct tasking to Maryland Frontline Leaders and Site Leads within the extended enterprise

    + Collaborate with PM to monitor budgets, enforce levels of effort, and review financial reporting to ensure annual operating plan goals are met

    + Direct new hire initiatives for onboarding, placement, mission introductions, and overall integration into the CACI culture

    + Initiate and document all corrective and preventative action plans for incumbent personnel to minimize performance risks

    + Interface with and brief a variety of audiences to include civilian and military stakeholders, corporate executives, and employee team members

    + Plan and execute a tiered management approach encompassing more than 20 line leads that assist in providing mentorship, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with corporate and government policies throughout the broader team to include prime and subcontractor personnel

    The DPMs primary focus is to ensure mission success, working with the Chief Talent and Tradecraft Advisor (CTTA), the Talent and Tradecraft Manager, Portfolio Leads, and Front Line Leads to ensure we have a ready and capable workforce. The DPM performs the final mission fit of resumes prior to their delivery to the customer and ensures the successful integration of new staff members through process oversight, mission lead communication, and collaboration with customer personnel. The DPM forecasts upcoming staff additions and candidate processing snapshots and directs the PMO Staffing Coordinators and Talent Acquisition to ensure a robust pipeline of candidates to meet requirements.

    **Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

    + An active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

    + Articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    + Above average skills in using Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

    + University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of related work experience.

    + Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.

    + Ability to deliver key CACI messaging across program employees and with customers, ensuring the CACI value is known and delivered every day.

    **These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    + Extensive programmatic and technical background in both government and commercial markets

    + Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)

    + Recent proposal experience

    + Network of relationships with Customer decision makers

    + Experience with driving contract growth, to include authoring white papers

    + Responding to Government Requests for Information (RFIs), Market Surveys, Sources Sought Announcements

    $99,800 - $219,600
