Job Summary

Alta Resources is hiring a Team Leader to deliver professional quality service to clients through multi-faceted leadership style reflecting Alta's culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee direction supervision day-to-day activities up 15-25 non-exempt individuals managing client expectations projects.
  • Maintain scorecards ensure team meeting sales client expectations on regular basis assess onsite staff performance per Alta program guidelines deadlines complete performance corrections address policy infractions conduct annual reviews within expected deadlines perform training new employees maintain product customer systems training modules classroom online delivery both existing reps assign duties examine work meet client expectations handle customer escalations recommend policy changes improve customer experience manage overall quality control data accuracy staffs interactions audit reports needed provide high attention detail accuracy pertinent paperwork records plan conducts participates meetings communicate support clients objectives provide Alta updates weekly ongoing regular meetings direct reports clients department leadership meetings conducts profit loss reviews follow stakeholder needs takes initiative grow develop leadership capacity consistently upgrade program knowledge build relationships works closely client direct reports coworkers organization positive manner supply necessary updates reporting develops relationships supporting units resolve issues related team members IT Human Resources Quality fellow team leadership prepare share ideas invite accept cooperative feedback improve processes performance management remain visible approachable employees on retain performing employees assist client interaction business development special tasks assigned Client Program Director meets deadlines completed delegated tasks appropriate supervisor regular attendance punctuality adherence agreed-upon schedule availability conditions employment essential function position.+
