As the Tooling Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Assist the tooling manager and engineers in the day-to-day documentation tasks within the tooling department.
Collect and transfer data from suppliers to the reporting systems in Smartsheet and Google Docs.
Develop dashboards for presentations and reports to be utilized by the tooling team and departmental managers.
Attend meetings and record notes in cases where engineers are unable to attend due to scheduling conflicts.
Generate monthly reports for the VP meeting focusing on tooling.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Office suite, and Google Sheets.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Familiarity with CAD viewers; experience with Enovia or Catia considered advantageous.


Salary Range:
$100,000 - $114,000The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
