    Job Details:

    • 1-2 years of experience required
    • ARRT(R) certification required
    • Must obtain Ohio license prior to start date
    • AHA BLS certification required
    • Every other weekend schedule
    • No call required
    • Open to either 5x8 hour shifts or 3x12 hour shifts
    • Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty required from assignments worked in the past 12 months
    • BCI/FBI background checks must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
    • Keep time off requests to a minimum, preferably no requests in the first two weeks
    • Expect to work some holidays
    • Any time off requests must be approved and documented prior to start of assignment
