- Current RBT certification or active enrollment in an RBT certification program
- Previous Supervisory experience needed
- Previous experience working with behavioral clients and willingness to participate in the agency's ongoing Applied Behavioral Training Program
- Assisting with developing treatment strategies, as well as daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities and community involvement, and personal hygiene
- Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation and oversight
- Accompany individuals to and from various appointments
- High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of behavioral health experience
- Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years)
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
