    :

    Coordination and organization of company records and publications. Maintenance of standard procedures to compile records, sort, locate and receive knowledge materials such as books, documents, drawings, film and other materials required for current and future use (i.e. Librarian).

    Job Specific Requirements

    Onsite role, 8am-5pm

    Excellent time management skills

    Ability to work without close supervision

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products

    Strong reading comprehensive skills and the ability to write reports

    Able to multitask or manage multiple competing priorities successfully

    Ability to follow and execute processes based on Standard Work Instructions
