    Responsibilities


    1. The RN practices according to ANA Scope and Standards of Practice (2015), which includes assessing patients' health situations diagnosing conditions developing personalized plans implementing treatments evaluating outcomes ensuring quality care communicating effectively with colleagues respecting cultural diversity maintaining a safe environment promoting holistic practice advancing through clinical advancement programs remaining current with evidence-based research approaches coordinating transitions in healthcare advocating for high-quality nursing services.

    2. The registered nurse upholds ethical standards promotes culturally congruent practice communicates clearly leads within professional settings fosters education integrates research into daily operations evaluates their own performance contributes to quality improvement utilizes resources responsibly protects environmental safety ensures accurate documentation complies with organizational policies attends training sessions participates in peer reviews supports interdisciplinary collaboration engages communities implements contemporary best-practices.
