    Warehouse Manager / Responsable de almacén

    Job Description
    We are looking for a warehouse manager to participate in our operations in Miami. Responsibilities include storing materials, preparing orders, packaging, and scanning. The goal is to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.


    Responsibilities:



    • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup as scheduled (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship)
    • Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, and store)
    • Carry out inventory controls.
    • Maintain a clear and safe work environment to optimize the use of space.
    • Complete daily records in inventory
    • Report any differences and/or losses.
    • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
    • Use warehouse vehicles and equipment and carry out maintenance work on them.
    • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures and regulations.
    • You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • 1-2 years of demonstrable work experience in warehouses
    • Mastery of software, databases, and inventory systems
    • Familiarity with modern storage practices and methods
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to lift objects.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Valid driver's license.
    • Ability to bend, use step ladder.
    • Bilingual Spanish/English a must.

    Responsable de almacén / Warehouse Manager

    Buscamos un responsable de almacén para participar en nuestras operaciones en Miami. Entre las responsabilidades se incluyen almacenar materiales, preparar pedidos, embalarlos y escanearlos. El objetivo es aumentar la eficiencia, la satisfacción del cliente y la rentabilidad.


    Responsabilidades:



    • Preparar y completar pedidos para entregas o recogidas según la planificación (cargar, empaquetar, envolver, etiquetar y enviar)
    • Recibir y procesar existencias del almacén (recoger, descargar, etiquetar y almacenar)
    • Llevar a cabo controles de inventarios
    • Mantener un entorno de trabajo despejado y seguro para optimizar el uso del espacio
    • Completar registros diarios en el inventario
    • Informar de cualquier diferencia y/o pérdidas.
    • Comunicarse y cooperar con supervisores y compañeros de trabajo
    • Utilizar los vehículos y equipos del almacén y realizar labores de mantenimiento en ellos
    • Seguir normas de servicio de calidad y cumplir procedimientos y normativas.
    • Se espera que usted lleve a cabo cualquier otra tarea que pueda ser razonablemente necesaria de acuerdo con sus funciones principales.

    Requisitos

    • Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED.
    • 1-2 años de experiencia laboral demostrable en almacenes
    • Dominio de software, bases de datos y sistemas de inventarios
    • Familiaridad con prácticas y métodos de almacenaje modernos
    • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo
    • Capacidad de levantar objetos.
    • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
    • Se requiere licencia de conducir vigente.
    • Bilingüe Inglés y Español (recomendable, no indispensable)
    • Habilidad de agacharse, subirse a una escalera de mano.
