Project Manager role with a reputable general contractor that focuses on commercial construction projects. Responsible for all phases of the project while demonstrating leadership for the entire project management team.

My client is a design build contractor with in-house architects and engineers who have created a client base of repeat customers that currently generates $40M in annual revenue with growth anticipated for 2024.

Because of the anticipated growth and current workload this role will come in and not only manage projects but participate in operational responsibilities.

Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
Lead from the front to establish a positive office culture
Creates and reviews project schedules
Develops relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors
Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
Travel is minimal
Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
Bachelor's degree in construction field required
Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
Exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
