- Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations
- Handle payroll discrepancies and employee queries
- Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Assist employees with benefit-related matters
- Collaborate with other business units

- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Support recruitment processes and new hire onboarding
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist with employee relations and events
- Performance Management:
- Support performance reviews and improvement
- Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize training programs
- Facilitate training sessions
- HRIS Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HRIS system
- Ensure compliance and generate reports
- Compliance and Policy:
- Develop and implement people policies and procedures
- Communicate policy changes and updates
- Requirements:
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR/People Generalist roles
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Thorough understanding of current organizational policies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Paylocity and Microsoft Office Suite
- General business knowledge; industry experience a plus
